Student Center Redesign:
Junior Achievement USA (JA), a national education organization that teaches K-12 students the virtues of Entrepreneurship, Financial Literacy, and College/Career Readiness, sought to reimagine their Student Center. Here, Students could learn about different career paths; however, the usage and engagement was low and JA wanted to become more relevant to their high school-aged persona.
Working with sponsors and managing multiple vendors, I led the conceptualization and development of a new, overhauled platform – “JA MyWay.” JA MyWay is a modular, career cluster research platform sponsored by Citibank and OneMain. Additional sponsors for content included Microsoft, RobertHalf International, Project Management Institute (PMI), The Hartford and others.
